We are grateful that you are considering Portersville Christian School for your child's education.

We regard the education of the children whom God has sent us as an awesome opportunity and responsibility. First, an opportunity, in that our school is training the next generation of Christian leaders to make an impact on our region, our nation, and the world. And second, a responsibility, in that we are called to teach our students to think like Christ, all the while understanding the sacrifice that families make to provide a Christian education for their children.

Enrolling your child in Portersville Christian School will afford him or her many opportunities in a school committed to academic excellence, providing a wide range of extracurricular and athletics activities, and reasonable class sizes.

Portersville's students at all levels consistently perform above national averages in standardized tests, including earning some of the highest SAT scores in the region. In keeping with our commitment to academic excellence, PCS's high school graduation requirements are higher than the state's, and students have the opportunity to take Honors and AP courses, which is unusual in Christian schools in the region.

At Portersville, we are also committed to providing a wide range of opportunities which allow development of the student's skills, talents, and interests. Extracurricular activities offered include an in-house athletic league for younger students to activity period classes each week in the high school, a complete fine arts program, and a successful athletics program, all directed by Christian staff or volunteers.
